The entrance, through heavy velvet curtains, is discreet because it hides a classic Parisian-style bar-restaurant of days gone by, with pleasant local Marrakech beer(!) and vins de Maroc. The service was attentive and friendly and tasty 'nibbles' were supplied while we selected from the varied menu. There is a special dish-of-the-day each day (Thursday was Coq-au-vin) and all the food was freshly prepared and tasty. There was a pleasant 'buzz' of fellow-diners and we enjoyed a most relaxing meal.
