“Elegant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 19, 2012

We stayed in this elegant Riad for 5 nights in September. Hard to find fault with it. It is very well located has excellent staff headed by Michele. Every previous positive comment about this Riad is true. Don't look further .We highly recommend it. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Meals by the Atika are as good as if not better than what you would eat at any of the well known restaurants.

I stayed in the Sabath room and I must say OMG this room was fabulous! The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were soo soft. The bathroom which was located one flight downstairs from the room was really cool. The Riad is located by a very easy arch that leads into the Medina..also very close to many taxis.

I really liked this place!

We stayed at this Riad from 18th August for 4 nights. Michele arranged pick up for us - family of five with 3 teenagers aged 17, 15 and 12 - which worked fine and although it cost 25 euro it is definitely worth it.

We had booked the Menzeh suite for the adults and Sabah with an extra bed for the kids. Unfortunately the air con didn't work in Menzeh so we were moved into Medersa. As it was 45 deg C having air con at night was essential. However, Medersa is even nicer than Menzeh so it was a good result all round. I think we should have booked a larger room for the kids as Sabah was a bit tight with 3. Be aware that the extra bed is simply a camper bed so OK for a younger child but less so for a teenager. Breakfasts are lovely - taken by us in the courtyard - which you can have whenever you want I suspect.

The pool was much better than I had thought. In photos it looks beautiful but almost too small to use. It is indeed very beautiful but large enough for all of us to have a proper cooling swim which after wandering around the medina is a real joy.

We ate in one night and the quality of the meal was excellent but we were happy to explore other venues thereafter.

Michele arranged for us a guide and mini bus to go into the Atlas mountains and this worked very well. We had an excellent guide who spoke very good english.

We loved the breakfast plates/cups ets and Mohammad took us through the medina to the shop where this was sold. I think we got a reasonable price as well.

The staff are super friendly and Michele will assist in any way she can.

All in all this was the perfect Riad for us and we were really pleased with our choice. It has a great wow factor which the kids - and adults - appreciated.

Room Tip: All of rooms are lovely. We also had a peep at Leon. I think Medersa is best though.

Five of us stayed here on a girls trip in June. It is the Riad that made our experience so amazing and wonderful, we actually looked into extending our stay in Marrakech but the Riad was booked. :( Location is in the midst of everything, walking distance to all that's happening. The facility is sparkling clean, smells constantly of roses, and is a quiet haven in the city center. The amenities were incredible (we purchased full sizes of the lotion, soap, and tea). The service was top notch and we got everything we could have wanted (e.g., henna tattoos) brought to the hotel. Mustapha was the absolute best and the most accommodating and pleasant host!!!! Dinner is a must have here, the chef and food were incredible. We ate outside of the Riad once or twice but that proved to be a waste. Definitely my first vacation where I ate every meal at the hotel (rose petals, candles, service and attention solely on us). We are still talking about our stay here. Enjoy!

Room Tip: Rooms on the inside wall are quieter; ask for the room with lower level bathroom.

We had a delightful experience with the Riad Dixneuf - I can't say enough positive things about it - the room was amazing and the staff superb. Locate in the Marrakesh Medina so ideal for experiencing this UNESCO site, the souks and atmosphere of old Marrakesh.

We went there in March and everything was extremely tended. The room was really beautiful, big, clean and bright. The Riad is located in the hearth of the medina of Marrakech. Impossible to forget the terrace with the view all over the city and on the mountains. But most of all, we must mention the smiling courtesy of everybody working on the hotel . Absolutely top choice.

located 5 minutes from the main square in Marrakech, this Riad is superb and from the moment we walked in to the moment we left, were treated amazingly. The staff are a major part of this, especially Mustapha who couldn't be more helpful and attentive. We would go back in a heartbeat and have to say that from the food through to comfort, it was faultless. Major plus points are it's location, privacy, relaxation areas (from sunbeds to lounge) and recommendations of places to go. Thankyou to Michele, Mustapha, Mohammed and the rest of the team for a superb stay, hope to see you again soon, Andrew and Hannah

Room Tip: All rooms seem quiet and a very tranquil relaxing place
