“5 Star Service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 days ago NEW

Myself and my boyfriend have just returned from our stay at Es Saadi Gardens Resort yesterday. We stayed at the resort for 7 nights and we were very pleasantly surprised with our experience. The service was absolutely exceptional from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the resort surroundings was like paradise, the location was perfect (about 1 mile from Medina town) and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness off our room and the resort was outstanding and our room was offered to be serviced twice per day.

All in all our experience was probably the most pleasant and enjoyable experience we have ever had on holiday and I cannot recommend this resort more. Needless to say we will most definitely be returning in the future!

My friend and I went stayed in this hotel honestly the place is amazing the rooms were clean the staff were super nice and very welcoming and very truthful I gave them my shorts for laundry and I forgot there was money in my shorts they returned it we moved from one room to another my friend forgot his watch in the old room they returned it back the made us feel home the only problem we had in the hotel was with the air conditioner for some reason it wasn't working it was not cooling and the weather was hot outside so the room were hot that was our only issue with the hotel I would definitely stay again in the same hotel but not in the summer

Had the executive suite and it's amazing, breakfast was served into out room daily ( thks to room sce guys by the way) . My wife and daughter enjoyed the indoor pool and different spas available at the palace. Staff extremely polite and helpful. Spent one week there and I wished I could've stayed longer. I will be back for sure , it is the best hotel you can stay at , thanks to everybody

Myself and three friends were originally booked to stay at Es Saadi hotel resort but was upgraded to the palace upon arrival due to work being done on the hotel. It was such an experience as being four girls in our 20's would never have been able to afford to stay here by choice! The staff treated us no different than paying customers of the palace. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful and offered advice on where to eat and what to see/do in Marrakech. The palace itself is absolutely beautiful from the decor to the pool side. The palace is only a 10 minute walk from the Madina and also only a 10-15 minute walk to the new town so its location is brilliant. Myself and friends had a lovely stay!

Es Saadi Palace is the most beautiful place we have stayed so far. The garden, pool and pool side is pristine and maintained every day, sun loungers are very spaced out which makes it a pleasure to sunbathe and relax around the pool.

We would like to especially mention the pool/island bar staff, they were amazing. Extremely friendly and approachable. Please mention this to them! there was one in particular, we did not get his name but he had braces and short wavy hair- we loved him!

The only downside was when we went to a local shop for bottles of water (which we do on every holiday we go on) we were told no drink could be bought in to the palace from the outside. It was 40 degrees outside and the man was quite rude to us when he informed us that drink purchased from outside of the facility was banned. We felt he looked down on us from that point, with very snide looks.

Overall a great place to go for a relaxing holiday- we went as 3 girls however i would definitely recommend this holiday to a couple

We stayed at Es Saadi Gardens and Resort Palace and had the most relaxing holiday ever. It's 10 mins or so from the airport and the hotel themselves o the transfer. The staff are all extremely pleasant and cannot do enough for you. All facilities within and outside the building are superbly clean and found was amazing. The breakfast buffet has to be seen to be believed. The space between sunbeds / pod mean that you can relax totally without feeling that you are crammed in around the pool. The spa facilities are second to none - we used these daily.
Overall a superb place to stay in Marrakech. We will be back!

We had 2 connecting suites, one for my wife and I, the other for our 3 daughters, 20, 19 and 16. The rooms were very good, spacious, cool, relaxing. Bathrooms were sprinkled with fresh rose petals daily. The pools are great, service was slightly variable but good on the whole. Breakfast selection was wide ranging and good quality. Pool side food range was restrictive but okay. We mainly ate out in the evening, the concierge always providing good advice and service. He also hired a good guide for the Souk. I had a very enjoyable "Gents" day in the Spa. Also enjoyed the art exhibition celebrating Moroccan independence. A very enjoyable return to Marrakech after 10 years. Don't stay in the sister hotel "The Gardens" unless you have restricted funds, treat yourself to "The Palace"
