I found the staff extermely friendly and so important to us was their help in explaining options to explore in Fes and things to do during and after our Fes stay.
The Riad offers very comfortable, clean and traditional based accommodation and Moha, Fatima and the rest of the staff were always available to help us if we had a question.
We would definitely stay in this location again. It is very close to the Blue Gate entering the Medina - which makes it easy to go in to the hussle and bussle of the market area and then escape in 5 minutes to the quiet comfort of the Riad.
Taxi from the train station is only about 10 minutes and unlike many riads it is not far to walk (maybe 50 mtrs) with your baggage once the taxi drops you at the lane way to the riad. You will be deilghtfully surprised when enetring the door from the lane - this is quite special.
