“Beautiful antique woodworking.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2012

This is inside the Nejjarine Fondouk. The wood craft displays were amazing to see and admire. Room after room of different themes. Doors, windows, cradles, tools, etc.

“Great view from the roof terrace”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 11, 2012 via mobile

20dh made the museum good value.

All of the explanations of objects were in French and Arabic so if you can't speak either don't expect to understand what everything is (although you could have fun trying to guess)

The roof terrace has an amazing view and looks over the carpenters square.

The building itself is incredible.

The museum has good clean toilets.

“Great little museum”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 6, 2012 via mobile

Visited this museum as part of a walking tour of the souks. If you love the woodwork used throughout Morocco -and who wouldn't, then come to see three floors of items that range from carved baby swings to the magnificant wall panels . True–you are not permitted to photograph the displays - that is a little disappointing. Other than that, the view from the terrace is magnificant.

“Lots to see, building also beautiful”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 28, 2012

This is in a very nicely restored building, and you get a real feel for the importance of wood in decorative, religious, and every day life, with lots of tools, household goods and tablets for Koranic study. Worth a visit

“Well laid out museum”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 25, 2012

We visited this museum on our first day in Fez. We thought the building was attractive and the exhibits were varied, interesting and well laid out.
