The riad architecturally is beautiful, but it ends there. The cleanliness level is subpar, the staff try to help, but don't meet the service standard expected for the prices. The food is an insult, cold and tasteless. There are howling dogs at night that sound like wolves, makes it hard to sleep and it is a bit frightening.Fez is a beautiful city but please be careful, there is a con artist around every corner.
