Quality, taste are very well. Servise is not slow. Waiter is very kind. Good price for menu: 80 Dr. I realy recommend to eat good Marrochan food.

“Excellent traditional Morrocan restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2014

When we stayed in Fes for some days, this restaurant was our option for dinner. It was our Riad tip, and we really enjoyed. The typical decoration, warming and cosy place. The staff is friendly and the food was delicious! The price was value for money and the dishes were really big

“Authentic home cooked Moroccan cuisine”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 11, 2013 via mobile

We are twice at this very friendly family-run restaurant. The chicken almond tagine and the lamb kebab dishes are excellent. Mohamed, the son, picked us up from our riad and sent us back on both occasions. We enjoyed our conversations with him very much - a real insight into Moroccan life.

“Family-Owned Traditional Restaurant: Delicious and Great Value!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2013

I absolutely loved the food here. I got the Moroccan salads to begin (tomato dish, eggplant dish, and beans), which were all excellent, and then the chicken tajine with almonds that was perfectly cooked and so delicious. The pastries and fruit were nothing special, but by the time I got to that point, I was stuffed anyways! All of this for only 100 dirhams -- a great deal. I've lived in Morocco for many months now, and I have to say this is one of the best traditional meals I've had here. The owners/staff were also very nice -- mom and pop and son. They will pick you up from your riad if you'd like even -- which I did and it worked out great. Yes, the place is not fancy and doesn't serve alcohol, but it's cozy and a great place to unwind after walking around Fes all day!

“Worth the effort of finding this place.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 15, 2013 via mobile

Best food we have had in Morocco at a very reasonable price. 80 dirrham for the menu, which consisted of salad and several vegetable dishes, main course, fresh fruit and sweets, with water to drink. More food than we could eat. While the menu offers only the standard Morocco dishes, the quality is way better than anywhere else we ate at that price. Plus a really beautiful old building and good service.
Only problem is finding the place. Go along the street that leads past the tanneries heading south to north. A few hundred metres after you pass the tanneries it is in a lane on the left with a sign high up saying Restaurant Tipico Zhora. Not difficult and worth the effort.
