It's in a good location: 400m, easy walk from Casa Port train station. Close to the Medina and central city shopping. The rooms are somewhat dated: a refurbishment is getting due. Staff were very friendly and helpful, though the checkout was slow and their computer system was down. To date I have not received a bill, despite assurance that it would be emailed... a pity, as it was more than I anticipated and I had no means to query it. A fridge is provided with goodies: but with greatly inflated prices. No complimentary water. Wifi was a disaster and was basically not working. Breakfast was adequate, but cooked food was poorly heated and was served cold

After a long trip from Australia, my group of 12 found this unpretentious hotel very acceptable. We spent our first and last nights here and found it comfortable and adequate. The reception staff were helpful and had our rooms allocated. The one thing they wanted was the Visa number that is stamped in the passports upon arrival; nothing else seemed to matter. Be warned however, that many hotels in Morocco do not seem to understand that twin share means two individual beds, not one large bed.

I stayed here in April of 2012 for a full week and was pleased in almost every aspect.
The restaurant dinner was surprisingly good but breakfast was bland.
When I initially arrived I got stuck in a room just a little larger then the bed which
was awful. The weekends are booked with tours but I was able to move on Monday
and they compensated by giving me a bigger room than I paid for. I think this
was more than fair and the manager was very gracious. The younger lady at the
desk was less than gracious and seemed to give A LOT less attention to English
speaking people but the others at the desk were all good.
I will be there later this month and am booking two rooms for myself and an employee.
I am well satisfied with the accommodations and the price.
It's small so it's not swarming with people which I like...

location seemed quite different from what you see online.. arrived late at night and had to think twice before getting out of the cab as i thought it looked rather dodgy.. got a room in the 5th floor because i was weary of noisy morning traffic. air conditioning was struggling to work, and the bathroom fixtures are not top.. but you get what you pay for. the lift was very noisy even though i was quite far from it. the bed was really comfortable (or is it because i was exhausted anyway?). big TV screen too. the building is a bit old too and cab drivers could not find the place easily. the staff was really really nice, and that would balance against all the negatives.. but as i say, it does it for a night or two, not more. And I know i wont come back to the same place. i'd rather pay a bit more and have a proper 4-star...

Room Tip: just ask for a room on the top floors..

After two weeks of wrestling with accommodations in old medinas in Morocco, we spent one night in Casablanca before flying out. This hotel filled the bill--clean, decent tv, modern bathroom, good beds. We asked for a rollaway and it was already in the room. Efficient. Staff could have been more helpful. Nothing exciting here but it reminded us we were headed back to the modern world!

This is Casablanca, not Paris, Rome, or New York: unless you want (or can afford ) to go for the luxury of international brands hotels, Les Saisons will provide reasonably priced (worth negotiating for) and clean accommodation. True, you won't get the latest bathroom fixtures, but what you'll get will do the job (most of the time). The staff is extremely friendly, if not always totally efficient...
The in-house restaurant ("Cities") provides adequate, mostly international cuisine for the tired traveler who doesn't want to venture very far for his/her first dinner in town and they know to serve the local beer well chilled. Breakfast (a self-serve buffet) is more than simply adequate: eggs, cereals, vary kinds of bread, cheese, cold cuts, olives, fruit, etc.
Maybe not he best place for a romantic week-end, but certainly well suited for business travelers !

Les Saisons is located in a central spot of Casablanca. It's a 4 star hotel that remembers better days - in my books it's a 3 star hotel, actually. If you get it for a nice price (like we did) and plan to stay for 1-2 nights (like we did), go for it though.

The room we got (2nd floor) was big enough for two with a baby (10 months). The furniture is of good quality, but oldish. Same with the bathroom. You could say the room feels dusty, even though it's clean. Well, aside of the carpet with visible stains.

The service is helpful but not everyone - we met 3 desk people - speaks good English. They will try their best to help you out though - don't worry. The breakfast is OK - nothing really special, but not bad either.
