“Awesome budget hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 3, 2012

Value for money! This hotel is located at a very convenient location (right next to the Casablanca railway station and it is surrounded by local restaurants. Perfect for a couple looking to spend more time exploring the city and enjoying the evening/night at ease. 4/5 for me!!

Have stayed here twice now while en route further south by train. Ideal location for Gare Casa Voyageurs, just across the square, where train connections can be made to most Moroccan destinations. Very handy indeed. The rooms we had were not quite as 'cared for' as the beach-side Ibis we know in El Jadida, but this hotel has a more 'business' feel anyway. The staff are great, very efficient and well practised in their trade - also fluently mutilingual at Reception.

The doorman tactfully advised me not to leave my android phone so visible - and presumably 'dippable' - when I checked out to catch my train. Very thoughtful.

Had a really good, filling breakfast in the very well-kept cool garden on the morning I left. After arriving in Casablanca from London, via Lisbon, quite late the preceding evening, the easy welcome and the relaxing breakfast under the foliage were both really welcome.

We will use this hotel again and recommend it to others.

Not the best hotel but in a very good location if you want to take the train to the next city in Morocco. The hotel is practically connected to the railway station. Quite old and you can see the need of repairs and furniture replacement. However, when it comes to one night's stay here is not the worst. Quite clean with a good shower in the bathroom, also quite good breakfast and nice reception staff, making this place good for a short stop .

Hey, The big plus for this hotel is that it is a few steps from the train station. We had one night to stay before catching our flight the next morning...the train also leaves for the airport.
The staff was pleasant and helpful and the price was inexpensive reserved on-line.

We had two nights at this hotel before one of us returned to the UK, the other staying for an extra night. The staff were very helpful, the room was small but clean and adequate. The hotel is showing its age a bit, particularly in its lack of soundproofing, significant as it couldn't be closer to Casa Voyageurs station and each arrival and departure was noticeable. From our room we could hear the conversations in the carpark below as well. It is also in the middle of a construction zone at the moment (as is most of Casablanca!) which adds to the noise. It does quieten down at night, however. While it is close to the station there is not much else close by but as it was not much more than half the price than the Ibis near the port it was much cheaper to stay here and use the Petit Taxis.
Either we had mistaken the finish time for breakfast or the staff wanted a quick getaway as we arrived near what we thought was the end of service time to find most of it cleared away and were given a ten-minute warning shortly after. Apart from the restaurant staff we found the rest of the people we dealt with friendly and helpful.
Note that you can go to the Accor website and book at a cheaper rate using the hotel's free internet just before checking in.
