This hotel seemed to good to be true, a five star hotel, wonderful spa, central location and it was on special offer - there had to be a catch? No catch, simply an elegant hotel, ideally situated for visiting Casablanca. We had a wonderful room. The room consisted of a large double bedroom with two double beds, two bathrooms each with a shower, a generously sized living room with a large television, and comfortable sofas, an enourmous terrace with a jacuzzi. The room was extremely comfortable and impecably clean. Breakfast was served in our bedroom as it was Ramadan, however that was wonderful, great breakfast with an enourmous selection. We asked to see the other rooms in the hotel which were amazing, the hotel website photos look a little tacky, but when you see the rooms in person, it's another story, they are lovely. The staff were friendly and willing to help you with anything you should need. All in all great hotel, great location and great value for money.

A sophisticated hotel with beautiful decor alongside top-level service. The hotel is old but very well renovated. The rooms are very nice and the beds exquisitely comfortable. Most rooms do have quite nice and large balconies and if you are high enough and on the sea side, you will enjoy

This hotel was okay. Nothing to write home about, but decent. Pros were that service was pretty good (though some staff were indifferent and it showed), we got upgraded to a suite, the suites have good amenities and a modern bathroom. Cons were that some of the room decors can be very cheesy and not the type of decor a business traveller prefers to have while in Morocco. Feels a bit like Las Vegas instead so I would favor a hotel with more traditional decor. Also, internet access was free which is good, but very poor. It kept dropping which is not good for business guests. The restaurant is not very good at all. The decor down there is horrible (like out of the Adams family), and the food not very good. Also, the breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired. So overall decent, but overpriced.

We booked this hotel because of the 40th anniversary of my parent's wedding. With six persons it was quite expensive. But what we've got for that amount of money was really terrible! The sheets of my parents bed where very dirty with - I don't want to know. After we told the hotel manager about this he promised us to solve it. But in the 4 days we stayed the sheets were never changed. Even when we asked him again. In the night there's loud music in the bar till 02.00 PM. We were on the second floor and we were shaking in our beds. We informed the receptionist. For ten minutes the volume was turned down. But after ten minutes, they turned the volume up again. Even with earplugs it was not possible to sleep. The website and booking.com said there was a gym, but there isn't. All of our three bathrooms were dirty. The staff isn't friendly at all. And in the spa we didn't get what we payed for.
