“Good - not excellent”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 11, 2014

Solid hotel in a good location. Lovely rooms (with nespresso machines) with comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. The Sky Bar really does offer incredible views across the city.

Why not 5*s? We tried to order some bar snacks in the Sky Bar but were told food was not available until later - no problem until we saw food delivered to another guest. Additionally there are a lot of porters/concierge staff standing outside but none that seem all that willing to help you get a taxi.

I stayed at the Kenzi Tower for 12 days business trip. The room and bathroom is a great size, the service is friendly if somwhat sluggish.
My main complaints is the stupid elevator system... and the absolutly dreadful wi-fi system. How can a hotel cater to the business community with a weak and unreliable wi-fi system... it is not as if the Kenzi gives you an option to connect to the internet using a cable.

Dear Guest,
I would like to thank you for your feedback, which is much appreciated and can only help us to improve our services.

Our internet connection is usually up to standards in regards to in house configuration and set up, please rest assured that our goal is to provide you the best internet connection that you need to fulfil your precious work, and the fact of keeping internet free in all hotel facilities including guest rooms even in Peak periods make a high demand on it. And that we are continuously working on that specific point with our internet provider.

Concerning our lifts, the hotel is running with 4 lifts exclusively for guests, it happens rarely that there all engaged at the same time. We do believe that our guest time is valuable that’s why we are working hard to minimize the time you are spending waiting for the elevator.

We do apologize for the inconveniences that you faced, please give us the opportunity to serve you better in the near future.

Best Regards,

Safaa Nid Taleb

After experiencing riads across the country, this hotel, while elegant, was pretty standard. Our room and the services were fine – clean and stylish. I don’t think that finding an interesting riad is much of an option in Casablanca, which is a very bustling city. The breakfast buffet, however, was pretty amazing.

Kenzi is a great hotel in all aspects apart from the irritating lifts!!! It is vibrant and has great views from the high floors. However, the service is not great and there is much miscommunication between guest and staff but overall it is a nice experience with a relaxing spa!!!

Last week we organized a business meeting at this hotel. Our group stayed there for 2 night. It was a truly a unique experience. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff was very courteous and friendly. But Mr Kerdoudi who is a manager at the hotel deserves special praise as he ensured that we received all the assistance we needed and provided us with an impeccable customer service that would be hard to match anywhere else. It was truly a cut above the rest. Thank you

We were told that this is a 5 star hotel instead it could be rated as a 3 star business hotel. The hotel is located centrally. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff have a problem in conversing in English but were courteous in spite of the language barrier.

As a business hotel, this is very comfortable for Casa. There are few bit minor things I'm willing to overlook as the beds were comfy and the rooms spacious and spotless. Sure, the shower head sprayed everywhere but the large shower "room" with seating, tub and glass doors were a nice luxury. So, the reading lamp flickered, but I had this amazing view toward the mosque and ocean. Room service was better than the buffet on the 2nd floor. However, the traffic in Casa in general and also front of the hotel is unreal. The noise pollution requires earplugs as it is nonstop. I was on the 19th floor and all I heard were horns. Service was very pleasant except at check out where I was asked to write a statement that I did not use the mini bar during my entire stay. The front desk at check out almost found that unbelievable but anyone just had to look at my room service bill to see that there was no need to use the mini bar (and who doesn't travel far from home without their own snacks as you just never know?). The dinner and breakfast buffet were quantity over quality but not bad overall. The desserts were the stars of the buffet at dinner. I did not have time to use the spa area but my colleague told me everything but the pool was out of order but this was not unexpected. I felt safe enough even though there were no peepholes and the hotel floors were not restricted access which is usually typical in any large business hotel. I will be back in 10 days so maybe I will make time to try the other amenities.
