“Great Hotel and Resort”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW via mobile

We had a great week in this hotel, the food was very good although it was similar every night.( we where all inclusive). The next time We will go B&B as the the restaurants outside looked very good, There is an English Bar just up the road from the hotel which was good showing all the sports.
The staff in the hotel where all brilliant, my wife and I were often dancing with them, the evening entertainment was good.
The hotel is well looked after and there were plenty of sun beds. The hotel is in a good location for everything and just a short walk from the marina. It's the best Hotel in Agadir, we will return.

My husband and I stayed at the Royal Atlas for two weeks . Our first impression of the hotel was that we were in for a pleasant stay given the beautiful surroundings and professional yet warm welcome. The foyer area and bar area provide comfortable and relaxing surroundings which would be pleasing to any guest. Our initial reaction; that the Royal Atlas is a hotel of high standards, was confirmed as we viewed our room for the first time. The room was beautiful and comfortable and felt like a home away from home. We were fortunate to have a sea view which really enhanced our stay. My husband and I opted for the half board option which entitled us to breakfast and evening buffet. We were eager to try the buffet on the first evening as we had been so pleased with the hotel so far. The buffet offered a large variety of salads, fruit, desserts and breads which were all excellent. We did both feel however that there could have been more of a variety in main dishes.

Our visit to the Royal Atlas was our second trip to Morocco as we thoroughly enjoy the cultural experience and warmth of the Moroccan people. During our stay in the Royal Atlas we were treated with kindness and professionalism by the staff. We were fortunate on our first night to meet “Hussein Atobi" who was more helpful and professional in his position. Hussein from the beginning was friendly, warm and treated us with great kindness. Overall a stay at the Royal Atlas is a great experience, one which I will remember fondly due to the beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities and excellent service.

Room Tip: rooms with sea or pool view highly recommended

My daughters and I have just returned from spending an enjoyable break at the Royal Atlas Hotel, Agadir, Morocco. On the whole it was a fabulous holiday, just have a couple of concerns. We booked and paid for an A I holiday which in our minds means A I (not imported drinks which we appreciate) not restrictions in certain areas where the drinks have to be paid for. When it was rather too cool to sit outside at the pool bar, the only alternative was to sit in the 'Stone Bar', not the most pleasant of venues. The 3 of us had chosen to share a bedroom, but only 2 dressing gowns were provided and when we asked for a 3rd were that the couch which doubled as a bed was really for a child and therefore couldn't have one although she was classed as an adult in the price of the holiday. These are just little niggles. I must mention the pleasant helpful staff in all areas where nothing was too much trouble, and a special mention to the Stir Fry chef Rachid Hmiton Aziki who made a delicious stir fry, and also Ahmed Ben Moussa one of the dining room waiters. The food was first class, plenty of choice at all meals, always something on the menu for the fussiest of eaters..We will certainly return and after raising our concerns with the deputy manager Abdellah Maroon he assured us that the little concerns will be addressed.

Room Tip: Side sea view rooms have a tiny balcony which doesn't get any sun at any time of day

We were lucky to stay in Royal Atlas.
Location is fine. The staff was very friendly, attentive, politely.
Our room was very clean, thanks to fine girls KHADIZA and HANANE.
Especially thanks to RACHID AKIKI for his omlets.
Very kindly and lovely was FATIMA, ACHMED, BAZ ABDENAHIM and many others. All staff made a very good impression (because they spok various language even lithuanian.)

Everything about the Royal Atlas was great during our stay there. The food was delicious, the management was great and Widyan at the reception desk made the usually painful process of check-in/out perfect.

Room Tip: Upon arrival or departure ask for Widyan; she really makes the process much easier.

Special thanks to our Concierge, who organised our trip to Marrakech including guide,1st class, young man who had spent time in Brum. I did ask for his card however our luggage did not get back with us.
Food was excellent everything clean and of course the SUN, looking forward to returning.
Beautiful beach just outside the hotel, nice to be able to walk along the promenade early evening and watch the locals out enjoying themselves.

I was there with my family, spent a week in this beautiful hotel. It's the best in Agadir, especially because of the great entertainment. Made good friendship with Houcine Jaini, he is the funniest and coolest animator who I have ever seen. Missing this place and the great atmosphere so much, loved the wide variety of programs. :)
