“Decent pizza and pasta”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 25, 2012

Fronting the road opposite Sahat Amal (Hope Square), excellent wood-oven baked pizzas consistent in quality. Standard pasta, nothing special but good consistent quality.

“intimate restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 25, 2012

We know Little Italy for many years and we always eat there with pleasure. It's a small intimate restaurant, with a nice atmosphere. They serve really good food and the waiters are very friendly. You can eat inside or at the small terrace in front of the restaurant. A nice detail is that you can see how the pizzas are baked, because from the restaurant you have view of the oven and the bakers. The restaurant is always full with people, both tourists and locals, which proves that it is a popular place. They also offer the ability to order and take food.

“Italian character in central tourist location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 15, 2012

This is located in a handy spot at one end of the valley of the birds-zoo area and only a few metres from a large fixed price shop and central market.
It is on one of the main roads so is easy to find.

I went for a quick lunch and was not disappointed.
The price represented good value: the equivalent of £10 for 2 pizzas and 3 soft drinks.
Included for free whilst the pizzas were being cooked were some nice black olives,
small pieces of crispy bready with diced tomatoes. The tomatoes being really tasty.

One can sit out on the pavement in the sun or inside for lunch.
Inside there was lots of character of film stars and places associated with Italy on the walls. Plonk this restaurant interior anywhere in the world and you would know for sure it's an Italian.

You can see the chef prepare the bases for the pizza and place them in a traditional large oven, where you can just about spot them from the counter, being baked.
Both pizzas arrived on the table straight from the oven. Couldn't have been fresher.

They soon disappeared! There must have been about 10 tables in use at about 1pm mid-week off-season yet the service was very welcoming and efficient.

This does not get a 5 star as the table clothes were well worn yet clean and as can be expected in many Moroccan restauarants there were some people smoking on other tables whilst we were coming the the end of our meal.

The expeience was finished off nicely when we stepped outside to get into a taxi back to the hotel - a 1950s white Chevy!

Finally, we did spot food delivered to other tables that also looked really nice and fresh, particularly the pasta dishes with fish...

“Nice atmosphere - shame about the smoking”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 17, 2012

They did a really hot pizza for me! reasonable priced with a bottle of wine about £10. Just a shame that smoking is still permitted and the moroccans make the most of it. The couple next to use chain-smoked throughout dinner.

“Genuine Italian Pizza”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 15, 2011

Good food and welcome. Good prices too. The rose wine is a good choice it being cheaper than individual drinks. Full bottle
