I wouldn't recommend this hotel with anyone with kids. They are very demeaning to young adolescents and wouldn't even provide enough towels for children. Absolutely, bar none, the WORST experience I have ever witnessed and as for the slogan, "If you're not satisfied with your night's stay, it's on us." That statement is bogus, even the national headquarters don't back the slogan. The hotel is nice but they are so demeaning I will never stay at this establishment again. TERRIBLE!! Ever since a change in management, they are nothing but rude and money hungry.

Very nice hotel. Not sure how old it is, but it appeared fairly new. Very clean, good beds, lots of lights in the room. Everything at the hotel worked well, ice machine, elevator, etc. Well kept property. Right off the interstate and only about 10 min. away from campus. The girls at the front desk could stand to work on their people skills a bit. Not rude, just very stoic as I was checked in and out. A smile or two wouldn't hurt.

I booked a last minute room the night before the Iowa vs. Iowa State game. I was afraid there wouldn't be any rooms left in town, but they had a wonderful room at a great price. The room was big, clean and welcoming. The bathroom was huge, well stocked and spotless. I'd definately stay here again.
