One of the few places on the island (other than Diamond Head) that we were able to get a bird's eye view of the coast and also great views of the mountain terrain. Very lush, windy and crowded. We were probably one of the few people who bothered to pay the $3.00 self-parking fee since it's the honor system. Although most come for the views, there is also historical connection to the location (Battle of Nuʻuanu)
