Our one-day bus tour made a stop here right after lunch. Bus driver told us there would lots of free sample of candy and coffee (very small cups), and he was right. My favorite were the chocolate crunchies, which is a mix of potato chips with chocolate (milk or dark) and nuts. It is packaged as one big block in a plastic container. A big hit when I brought some back for my co-workers. Their chocolate Kona coffee beans were also very good; unfortunately they melted in the bag during my trip back home to the mainland. I consider their prices to be average, not really outrageous, taking into account that they build in the souvenir factor to charge a somewhat higher price. It can get a bit crazy if a lot of people (such as from bus tours) are in the store all at once. It was Sunday when we visited, so only a few people were working in the manufacturing area.
