It is not common for me to find a very good restaurant in a hotel, but I imagine that being inside the Intercontinental, they have to keep high quality standards and service. I really liked it. Good service, nice and good table linens, tableware and cutlery. Excellent quality of the food. Loved the octopus carpaccio. Important detail:the chef of the restaurant graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, no doubt there is a difference. It is a restaurant for any occasion, even romantic at night. Staff at the restaurant are very flexible.
I think at the moment it is the only restaurant (for me) with international standards. It is not just the food that gives this restaurant a high standard. It´s the service, staff (even their uniforms), etc.
Will definitely repeat!!
