Consistent and ease of use if staying in GCity. Room was more of a suite (2 rooms) with 2 tvs and a full size frig to go with 2 queen beds. Staff was fine and the breakfast/lunch buffets are good enough to eat. We stayed when an earthquake hit southern Mexico (6.9) and it felt like the building was on rollers at 5am! Even though there is a brick facade, I felt safe.
Only challenge was check-out which took forever because the staff on call wanted to review each line item on her computer screen before giving us a printout. Quite unusual and made it more difficult to review the expenses.
