Well people the dream stay at this place is over...
I've been stayin at this hotel for business -I'm an Intercontinental Priority and Ambassador Member and I state at all the intercontinental hotels in Latin America- for the last 4 years and never had a problem but my last time here was far from the intercontinental quality level that I used to experience here. Food was terrible, room service even worst -cold and recooked food- and they just gave me the smallest room in the building when I had a reservation for a standard king bed-no smoking. Don't get me wrong if you just have luck with the room and don't eat a thing this is still a nice place to stay but look at the Camino Real first, it's cheaper, way better and has great restaurants...there's nothing more frustating than staying in one hotel and use the other hotel next door for dinner or lunch.
