“Quality Hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 3, 2014

Stayed here for a few nights on business. Perfectly nice hotel for a short stay or business stay. My room was quite nice, a bit on the small size but not horribly small. The pool/gym area is pretty small, and the pool had little shade. I wouldn't plan on staying at this hotel for the extra amenities, but is definitely a clean, quiet place to stay for a few nights.

I thought our room was nice, very clean and beds comfortable. Air was a little hard to get going but once it was on it was great. The only complaint I have is the carpet is very dirty, dingy and it really needs to be replaced. If the carpet was replaced it would give the whole place a different feel. It was the 1st thing we noticed and we were worried about the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was good, it was a bit more money than we thought it was worth but it was convenience of being right there. We did not use the pool. The staff was very nice, helpful and pleasant. We would stay again. Hoping they will get some new carpet.

Room Tip: We do not have any tips on rooms, we had a 2nd floor room and it was just fine

This is a nice place to stay if you are only in town for the night at most. The location is ok and within good walking distance to excellent restaurants. Its proximity to the airport can be annoying, but its bearable. Our room was decent size, but the bed was twisted and was extremely uncomfortable. The toilet leaked water, but the bathroom was clean. The morning paper delivery person decided to enter our room with barely one knock, and I still dont know why they just dont leave the paper under the door instead of enter the room. The air conditioner only worked when it felt like it, so the room at night was uncomfortable even with the window open it was tough to sleep. The amenity level floor had free drinks and food that was good, but the room they use was from the 1970s. I will return to this hotel once they do some major renovations to the hotel. If they would like some professional suggestions to hotel renovations, they can contact me anytime.

Room Tip: Ask for room with new bed mattress.

This hotel is close to the airport and within walking distance of the excellent Transmetro bus route to the old part of the city. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is substantial with plenty of choice and the resturant has a varied menu for evening meals. The hotel has a swimming pool and my room had a small balcony.
Looking forward to my return already!

This hotel is just fine, all around, especially for its reasonable price. It's in Zona 9, but only a short walk across avenida de la Reforma into Zona 10. The building is old, quite dark and in need of a renovation, but nonetheless the rooms are a decent size and comfortable. The food is not memorable but not bad either. Internet is not fast but ... you get it. It does boast particularly helpful, pleasant and competent staff both at the desk and in the restaurant.

A clean hotel, a friendly staff, great service two and from the airport! What more could you ask for from a downtown hotel. We had a great breakfast and the kids enjoyed a dip in the pool. I we have stayed at this hotel several times and it makes a great hotel for downtown.

Located close to the airport. Very courteous staff. Front desk speaks English. I would stay there again. Bathrooms were small, but very nice and clean. Restaurant in the lobby serves a nice breakfast which is included with the stay.
