We had a great experience at the Americus Garden Inn. The feeling was that of a family home and was warm and inviting. We were catered to and pampered more than any other place we've visited. The breakfast was excellent! Susan and Kim were perfect hosts and very people oriented. We highly recommend this B&B for anyone looking to get away from the fast pace and noise of everyday living and find peace and tranquility in Americus. We will definitely visit again.

Kim and Susan were very attentive and friendly during our two night stay. Americus Garden Inn is impeccably clean and maintained, the beds are the best I've slept on, food is delicious and carefully prepared. There are many historic sites to visit in the area and Kim and Susan are more than helpful with directions. Highly recommend Americus Garden Inn.

“What a weekend!”

It doesn't get any better than this! We've stayed in many B&B's across the country and the Americus Garden Inn was a real treat! Our two nights in the Veranda Suite were wonderful. The bedroom and bathroom were both very spacious with a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom and a lovely veranda for relaxing and morning coffee. The Innkeepers Kim and Susan were amazing, they made us feel like family and even decorated to acknowledge my husbands birthday.
The Breakfast-WOW! All I can say is that this is an experience not to be missed. Our only regret is that we only had two days.

Kim and Sue run a beautiful and historic bed and breakfast. I came across their B&B on this site and after reading the reviews I decided to call them and book a room for my parents who were coming to visit me in Americus. My parents and I were treated like good friends even after only meeting them. Kim and Sue's knowledge of the surrounding area, neighborhood, and the actual house are pretty phenomenal. The breakfast was to DIE FOR! You have to try the pecan chocolate chip scones.
If you are looking for a relaxing time with a lot of local flavor, you MUST STAY HERE!

The Americus Garden Inn B & B was a home away from home for us.

Susan and Kim, the Innkeepers, personalize your stay by looking after your physical needs as well as your entertainmet and personal needs. The beautifully decorated facilities and grounds, the comfortable clean rooms and the outstanding breakfasts are due a 5 Star rating.

We felt very comfortable and at ease with this our first B & B experience. The Innkeepers have opened up a whole new kind of traveling experience for us in the future.

Thank you to Susan & Kim at the Americus Garden Inn!!
