The atmosphere was bright and cold and cafeteria-like and everything tasted like it had been sitting all day. Likely because it had since nothing is made to order (it's all buffet-style). Not a lot of flavor in the food...unless you like grease and salt a lot.
It was also very confusing when she stood in one place, seemingly waiting for your order, but then barked at you to order at the window. Not a lot of good communication as to how to order or pay and she seemed scattered and disorganized which lent itself to the overall confusion. Generally, not very good food or atmosphere and not a very good experience. I'd try another place instead.
