I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights becuase Belize City isn't worth any more time.
The hotel was actuslly quiet nice and central but didn't have much to offer, other than it was safe as I was told it was very dangerous to go out at night. Still dont know if that's true or not but after reading the papers the next morning and finding out about a couple of murders from the night before, yeah i didn't feel that safe. The staff were friendly, the food was good but it really needs a bar that stays open late at night would be perfect.
Free wifi and Belikin (beer) saved me from being totally bored during the nights - another plus was the Carribean music.

We booked a package that included Indian Creek lodge, Jungle Camp and Moho Caye.
The package included trips to Mayan sites, Cave swimming, jungle hikes, birdwatching from a canopy, and snorkeling trips.
All food was included as well as all of these activities.
The food was excellent as was the accommodations and guides. They were a bit rustic, but that is what we were going for.
Almost every meal included at least 4 courses served by our Mayan hosts in style.
The drinks in the resort bars were expensive and the bartenders could use a bit more training.
If you want to experience the "lost" side of Belize this is a great trip.
If you want "resort syle, cookie cutter", maybe not.
