What a jewel! Hotel owners Michael and Maya have a great little inn. Maya's sister, Hyon, is the chef. Hyon and her staff do a spectacular job. All types of great Asian fare as well as local, Italian and foods from other parts of the world. Her Thai Fried Red Snapper was my favorite. I've had red snapper prepared many different ways but Hyon's was the best. She also does a baked snapper in banana leaf which is excellent, and lemon cilantro chicken -- also fantastic. She carefully preprares each dish, so don't be in hurry. Beautiful setting. We highly recommend this restaurant.
