“A favorite for vegetarians!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 31, 2012

Hannah's has great food. The staff is excellent! They have great specials. You can get your cow foot soup there if you need. They have their own gardens, so they have excellent fresh lettuce and veggies! .. Actually I think it has the best salads & salad dressings in San Ignacio!

“Good place for dinner in San Ignacio”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 31, 2012

Had to try a couple times to get in here, but it is one of the better places to eat in San Ignacio, although a bit more expensive than some others.

“Do visit”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 28, 2012

Worth the visit. The food was very nice and the service was very good. Doesnt look like much from the outside. Visit for dinner and then decided to come back for breakfast. Wont disappoint. Second place behind ervas

“Best food in San Iganacio”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 28, 2012

We ate here on November 17th.Hannah's has tasty stew chicken. On Burns Ave. across from the Casa Blanca guest house, they are friendly with good service. They helped us call a local shuttle service and we were able to visit Xunantunich in the afternoon before it closed.

“So good we wanted to eat here twice while we were in town”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 28, 2012

The only bad thing about this place is that it wasn't open on Christmas eve (I really don't hold that against them). We were in town a few days earlier for the Saturday Market and needed lunch. This place came as a "top choice" in one of the guide books we had. Upon entering the front door another traveler who was leaving, highly recommend the food. We were double sold. It's clean and cute. The place filled up shortly after we were seated. There were couples, a group having drinks, someone alone and a local family. Many people came in to pick up to go orders. The service was friendly, prompt and they checked in with us after the food was served. We had the quesadilla with chicken, vegetable soup, beer and a Pina Colada. All of it was great. Especially the quesadilla (huge) and the Pina Colada (one of the best I had on the trip and we went to the Cayes too). The quesadilla was a very generous portion, big enough for a two person meal (at least for us). It was delicious, even though it had capers in it which I normally don't like - I am craving the quesadillas now. The vegetable soup was a nice surprise because it was a coconut based soup. The vegetable pieces in it were generous too and it came with a side of tortillas. Highly recommend.
