“i'm still dreaming about teh baba ganoush!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2014

given that most of the cuisine on caye caulker is very similar, i was excited to find something different about a week into our trip when the idea of more lobster was getting old. this place had better baba ganoush than i've ever had in the states, and the falafel was top notch. go here, you won't be dissappointed!

“Seek out the hidden gem!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2014

Wouldn't think hidden since its right by the split, but you almost have to know where the place is before you walk up. There were three of us that stopped in and the food was too good not to share, so we all tried 2 pitas (one with garlic chicken & one combo - chicken & shrimp) and the lamb kebabs. WOW! Everything was so delicious, with more time on the island, we would definitely go back, but unfortunately we found this place only a few nights before leaving. If you want a recommendation and you are into lamb, don't miss out, it was cooked & seasoned perfectly and not to miss any way you would want to order it!

“Fresh,fresh,fresh”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 28, 2014

Great family run restaurant with fresh food. Across the street from the water and steps from the Split. I had the falafel sandwich and my wife the mix plate. As other reviews commented the baba ganoush was excellent as well as the hummus and tabouli. They also have fish, chicken, and beef as well. Great lighter options for the hot sunny days....

“Delicious”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 25, 2014

This place is a little tucked away from the road but once you go inside, you'll be happy you found this place. The cuisine is mediterranean/american, with plenty of veggies and not too heavy, making it a perfect spot for lunch.

“Babaganoush to die for”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 19, 2014

I often do cook at home, and I know it's hard to make a good babaganoush.
I had never expected to have such a good baba all the way down in Belize.
I really like this small place, and of course good choices for the veggies among us.
