My husband and I stayed at Seaside Cabanas for three days. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The rooms were clean and almost looked new. The location was good on Caulker. It was at the public pier and near many restaurants.
The staff was helpful with booking day trips and tours. Each room comes with a restaurant guide which we enjoyed viewing.

Although my wife and I didn't stay there we visited the bar during the day on numerous occasions and became friends with "Carolina". She was a genuine, warmhearted soul that made us feel at home. She welcomed us as family.

We were able to use the pool since we were patrons at the bar and she pretty much took care of us each time we visited.

We'll certainly be back to visit her.

The actual property looked very nice and clean, however, I can't comment on the inside of the cabanas......sorry.

First thing is try not to stay in cabana 3 or 5 as they are next to the water pump which is really loud, luckily living in a noisy city I was used to this but if noise bothers you do not stay in these two cabanas. I was expecting the roof tops to be a little nicer they don't really have a good view unless you stay in cabana 1 and 2. The price is high for caulker and unless you plan to just sit around the pool with drinks all day I would actually suggest another hotel to save money. I have no real complaints about the place, the staff is nice it is in a great location and it has a great pool. The bar is expensive so most of my drinking was in the great pubs around town. I actually spent most of my time exploring the island and snorkelling. They do have a travel advisor in the hotel but it was easier and cheaper to just talk to the many trip planers around the island.

We stayed at Seaside Cabanas for a week, March 5 - 12. We were very pleased with our selection. We stayed in an upstairs room and noticed very little outside noises either after 10 p.m. or early in the morning. Coffee and rolls were provided, not always exactly at 8 a.m., but this is the "go slow" island so remember to go slow. We did not use the staff to arrange any trips for us, but any of the staff that we had contact with were very friendly and accommodating. The pool was the primary reason for selecting this hotel, we enjoyed using it and were happy that we had one to use. We would definitely stay at Seaside again.
