We got two suites and they were lovely. The pool was very nice with a friendly bar right next to it. It is really a prime location in the heart of San Pedro Town, with close proximity to the beach. As a tip, the king size bed is really two twins put together.

The hotel is very nicely located and comfortably appointed. The rooms were spacious, clean, attractive, and in good condition. We found the island fairly expensive, so it was nice to have a suite where we could eat breakfast. We also spent some time hanging out in the hotel. The pool, bar/restaurant area is very pleasant. The staff is helpful and nice. On that island it is great to be in the center and walk everywhere. The beach is also the best around although the public nature of it made it subject to some trash. I actually suggested to the hotel they extend their labor to regularly cleaning litter from beach/ water near the hotel.

This is a separate facility from the SunBreeze Hotel across from the airport (same owner)! We stayed eight nights and through Hurricane Ernesto at the SunBreeze Suites. If you want top of the line accommodation, this is not your place! The furniture and decor is a little dated, but clean and very comfortable. If you want good clean comfortable accommodations at a very reasonable price, this is one of the best buys in San Pedro! We had a one-bedroom suite with full kitchen and living room. The room has cable TV, air conditioning and slow but functional wireless internet. The hotel is beach front with a wonderful pool.

First, the staff was unbelievably friendly and hard working! When you asked for something the response was immediate. Probably having only about 14 rooms in the entire hotel makes individual attention easier.

Second, you are IN the town of San Pedro where the locals live and the restaurants etc all are and not at one of the mega resorts at the north-end of the island where you have to take a water taxi to get to town. If you just want to relax on the beech, go north. If you want to meet the people and culture, stay in San Pedro. Here, you can walk to everything!

We would go back!

My group of three women stayed at the Sunbreeze Suites for 6 days and can not rave enough about our experience. When we checked in and requested that the "king" size bed be separated into twins, it was immediately done. (Do not expect Marriott style mattresses.) The suite was spacious with a nice sized balcony facing the beautiful Carribean. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The small bar and grill near the pool was perfect for light meals and great mimosas. The location was perfect! The only downside was that there was no swimming area at the beachfront. But that is apparently normal for the island, except at the more expensive resorts.
We were lucky to have had a wonderful fishing guide (Tony) and his partner (Mario) who took us on a great tour around the island and on a fishing trip. His boat is moored at the hotel's dock.
We will return!! Loved it all!!
