“BEST SNORKELING HOLIDAY”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 3, 2013

Well I can say I will be going back here. The hotel was great value for money and the staff great. Went on two snorkeling trips that were great. If you want a good trip try the shark alley trip. You can get discounts from the hotel and save a little spending money. Had some rain but was still very nice.

Room Tip: condo 14, 15 and 16 looked pretty good. Didnt go in other rooms so can't say

We just stayed at the Seven Seas Resort in Febuary 2013. It was such a wonderful and relaxing time. They have remodeled a lot of things and new furnature is coming. It was comfortable and clean. The staff are very accomodating and willing to help with any needs. We used the people across the street to go fishing and had a wonderful time too. The prices are also reasonable. We would stay again!

We rented a golf cart for 4 days...it was great, got to explore both ends of the island and intown...good thing we did as it rained everyday....well worth it....Seven Seas arranged it for us and they delivered it to us, even told us where the gas station was in town....lots of fun going through all the huge puddles. Victor at Seven Seas is very helpful...

The only reason I am still in this hotel is because I already Paid for my 8 days stay.when we arrived, there was no ocean view room available and we were placed in partial a/c room(it is 30 dollars per night cheaper).we reserved our room 4month ago and arrived on time,so there was no reason for it.we have never seen the manager/owner and never heard any apologies.after 3 hour stay we found out that there is no beach at all in San Pedro. To swim or snorkel you need to pay for a boat trip. The only "activity" that offered is to read a book on outside staircase /balcony.i wil never return to this place and do not recommend it to anybody who likes active vacation.

Ray & Meta S.
from the beginning of our travel plans these folks at SEVEN SEAS were fabulous! helping us set up our reservation by phone & thru emails,,, quickly responding to all our questions and concerns. the management, Victor and staff,, Roberto & Tony, were eagar to meet our needs upon arrival until departure. hskeeping girls, Manwella & Arlene were very pleasent and helpful too. service by all employees and the owner HIMSELF made our stay delightful. it is a treat to know all these fine people. it was nice to know that they were on site at all times should you need anything. this portion of the island is the perfect location. beachfront, quite, peaceful, cozy rooms, and nice private pool in rear and lounging out front. AND GREAT PRICE. it's convenient walking distance for food, drink & entertainment. when we return to Ambergris caye we will be staying at the SEVEN SEAS RESORT. great accommodations! & best people hands down !

Room Tip: we enjoyed the bottom floor with open door to beach front, however, upper rooms have beautiful views...

As a travel agent I have stayed in numerous resorts in Belize. Seven Seas is a great choice for the budget minded traveler. Their location is wonderful. Step out your door, onto the sand beach and view the barrier reef each day. Roberto and Victor are excellent hosts. My compliments go especially to the housekeeping staff. They clean the rooms every day and provide fresh towels. We did find a cockroach one night, but at is not atypical in some of the more moderately priced resorts. We just threw a towel over it and took it outside. The units all have a kitchen with stove and full frig., microwave, including all dishes, utensils and coffee pot. The bed pillows are a little hard and stiff.
Their location is perfect, just north of town. Walk through their pool area out back and out the back door to the street. Turn left and there is a fantastic bakery called Annie's. Their cinnamon rolls are delicious. For dinner eat at My Secret Deli not from from the Seven Seas. Very low prices for lunch and dinner and authentic Belizean cuisine.
Seven Seas does trade with RCI, but don't expect the caliber of rooms you might be used to in some RCI resorts. But this is Belize and Belize isn't for everyone. All in, this is a very good place to stay, relax and enjoy the magnificent view off the balcony.

We just got back from 6 nights at Seven Seas, the view was amazing from our balcony, room was clean and had everything we needed, Close to town, shopping and restaurants.
The Staff were absolutely wonderful and treated us so well...all we had to do was ask and it was done....
The owner was on property and it was so good to see him after 20yrs or so...
I use to work for Ocean Connection and we booked this hotel, Lots of changes all for the good. We cannot wait to go back and stay here again...great place...
