“Great breakfast on the beach”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 31, 2013

We spent 8 days in San Pedro, and Estel's was our favorite breakfast spot. It's right on the beach, with a covered dining area as well as tables right on the beach (under the palm trees). The menu for the day is on a chalk board -- pick a main course and your side dishes. The food is mostly American style. We particularly enjoyed the seafood omelette, nice selection of fresh juices, and if you want a Bloody Mary they are excellent. Recommend you try the "fry jack" side dish (hard to describe, but delicious). Generous refills on the coffee. The service was very good (and friendly). Great place to start the day in a relaxed laid-back atmosphere.

“Best Breakfast On Ambergris”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 30, 2013

I would have eaten at Estel's more than once, but I found out after I tried to eat there on... I think Tuesday, that they were closed that day, which wasn't included in the restaurant description in my travel book. I loved the selection of fresh juices (watermelon and lime? yes, please).

“Breakfast/brunch mainstay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 27, 2013 via mobile

We ate at Estel's almost every morning of our stay in Belize and made our way through the menu with no disappointment. The view is great as is the service and if you go on the weekends there will most likely be live music to add to the enjoyment. Fry jacks are the way to go and you cannot go wrong with the Mayan eggs.

“Our "go-to" spot in San Pedro.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 26, 2013

We love Estel's. We hit it for breakfast three or four times while in San Pedro, and it became a favorite of ours after the first day. Great breakfast, awesome and friendly service, and unbeatable views. I mean, you're eating fry jacks (like sopapilla's) and eggs while looking at turquoise water and feeling the caribbean breeze...how can that be bad? Also, the tortillas are a must: homemade, and MASSIVE. I was a big fan of the Mayan Breakfast (eggs with peppers, cilantro, other things I can't quite remember) with refried beans and tortillas that I could make 3 or 4 tacos out of using only one tortilla. The kids loved it (both age 4) as well; it's a great spot to just hang out and take in the views.
