We had a very enjoyable Christmas Eve dinner here, but our food was less than excellent. My jerk seared scallops were watery and did not appear to have been properly seared. My husband had a special of stuffed lobster, which was quite cold when served. On the other hand, the spring rolls were fabulous, and the chocolate souffle with coconut ice cream was to die for.
Our server was charming, and was very understanding when we asked to wait before ordering until my husband recovered from seasickness. We did have one complaint about the service, which is that even though the place was almost empty when we arrived, they tried to seat us at the worst table (right by the entrance), perhaps because we were not guests of the resort. My husband objected, and they promptly moved us to a perimeter table, which was lovely.
