Paying $45 a night I will never do again. We had to switch rooms cause our adjoining room was trying to break into our room! Yes, BREAK IN!! And to make it worst it was my birthday! We had to switch rooms at almost 1 in the morning. Then the room we were put into, the bathroom door didn't shut. The girl at the front desk was very nice, but that was it. The people staying here are going to be your lower class as the rooms are cheap. I will be spending $20 more to stay at better place next time.

These guys are the best! Not only did they not tell us that breakfast was not included with the price of the room, but they were ignorant and belligerent and did not want to listen to our complaint. They had bad attitudes as well and were rude. The front desk personnel did not have people skills. The price of the less than adequate breakfast was $9.95 and it was disgusting. If they are going to charge for breakfast then make sure the food is edible and not tasteless and greasy. We went down for breakfast both mornings and regretted not going someplace else, but the fact that nobody told us that we were being charged breakfast the first morning we went down, then we would not have gone the second morning. Not only was the service bad the room had a leaky faucet and the bed was difficult to sleep on and if your allergic to wool well they don't tell you that is what your sleeping on..,will never ever come back here!!!!

I am so disappointed to read about your dissatisfaction during your stay with us. Hilton Garden Inn does not offer a free breakfast, however we do offer package rates that include breakfast. Our team strives to deliver top rated service with every guest and I apologize that we failed with you. When I travel to Alpharetta on business, I always try to stay here. On weekdays you have to book well in advance. The hotel lobby is always full of other business travelers relaxing chatting around the fireplace of the bar and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are as expected, but the atmosphere is very welcoming.

We moved from another hotel in Alpharetta to the Hilton Garden Inn and were extremely pleased that we made the move.

The hotel is located in a quiet business area. We stayed from Friday to Tuesday, so we had a chance to experience both the weekend company and the business crowd. Over the weekend, there were several therapy dogs staying at the hotel. I am allergic to dogs and did not have a problem with the dogs present. We saw the cleaning staff working diligently everyday to keep the lobby and hallways clean. We were always greeted with a smile and hello.

The level of customer service at this Hilton Garden Inn resembles customer service at 5 star hotels. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff, everyone was personable and made you feel like a valued guest. It’s obvious that the management makes customer service a priority.

The made-to-order breakfast was delicious with many hot and cold breakfast foods and beverages. In addition to several healthy choices, there was a variety of other foods. The chocolate muffins were delicious. The servers and cooks were friendly and accommodating.

Across the street is a strip mall with a handful of restaurants, including Jason’s Deli and Mellow Mushroom Pizza. The shuttle bus will take you to and from restaurants, stores, or the mall.

The rooms and beds were comfortable. The pool was small, but we were often the only people using it.

While there were a few minor maintenance issues (wall scuffs and a cracked door), the outstanding customer service, high standard of cleanliness, and great price make this my top choice for a family or business stay in Alpharetta.

I was exhausted when I checked into this hotel but the staff was very warm and teased me about sharing my salad from Bahama Breeze. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast next morning was very good, just busy. I had scrambled eggs with almost everything and they were great. Communication with the cook and servers was awkward at times but it all worked out. The servers were a bit ambitious cleaning my table before I had left the dining area. There were many professionals at this hotel and the general ambiance was indicative of a well run hotel.
The only recommendation that I would have is that they need to get better toilet paper. For such a nice hotel, the quality of the TP was comparable to gas stations that I have visited in Mexico.

We planned a short vacation from Baton Rouge to Alpharetta to see a Rock Show at the
Verizon Amphitheater. The Rock Group was RUSH !!
There was only 1-2 places that had lower prices than Hilton Garden. My wife and stay with the
Hilton Family of Hotels because for the same price or a few dollars more than the other chains you
get so much more for your money.

1. The beds where the BEST we have ever sleeper in HANDS DOWN.
Each night (3) as soon as you hit the bed you where sleeping. The next
morning you wake with the greatest feeling of Quality Sleep !!
We stayed in a room with 2 doubles. The king beds are adjustable for your comfort.

2. The location was unbeatable for the cost. Right off Hwy 19/400. Secluded enough.
so there is no traffic noise all night. Well lighted area which felt secure.
Close enough to drugstores, food stores, fuel, food (any type) and 3-4 miles to Verizon.

3. The friendliest people you could ever meet.
From the time we checked in till checkout each and everyone who worked there went out
of their way to make us comfortable. Even the cook at the Grill Restaurant was smiling.

There was 1 person that really stood out above all others. Maria who I think was over
housekeeping. We stayed 3 nights and each morning would go to breakfast. When we met
Maria she welcomed us with open arms and treated like royalty. If she didn't have her
housekeeping tag on you would have thought that you was at Maria Bed & Breakfast!!!
We travel a lot and have been most places, Maria is one of a kind!!!
She does stand out for her personality and takes such pride in what she does.
Her job was to takes care of us only and make us comfortable in her thinking.

Overall we are coming back. The next time RUSH is in town.

I stayed on the 6th floor. The only bothering things about it, are:
1. When you step out of the elevator you get a whiff of cigarette like smell that seems to be in the carpeting.
2. The vending and ice machine area is so noisy - that appears to be a problem in every hotel from any chain. You would imagine they have less noisy freezers by now.
