I was in Roswell for business and I was booked at this hotel. It was a great choice. It's right near several restaurants and the highway.
The suite was large, with a living room, small kitchen, and bedroom. The room was clean and had two TV's.
They have free internet and free breakfast. They also have a free light "dinner" on weekday evenings.

This hotel is completely okay, but not great. I stayed here as the Embassy Suites was full and this was the next closest Hilton property to the office where our meeting was being held. The positives are that the hotel is located within walking distance of a few restaurants, Rays Killer Creek, Millers Ale House, and Pappadeaux's; the hotel had free wireless internet, and the breakfast and evening reception are nice. The negative's are that the hotel just looks old and tired. There are marks on the walls, the lobby area looks worn out, and the rooms are very dated. My suite was a little small, but the furniture, kitchen area, and bathroom were really outdated. The kitchen floor (pergo) was literally coming apart where pieces had separated from each other (most likely water had spilled and caused them the separate). I had to use the bar area in the suite as a desk to work due to the fact that there was not a real desk anywhere in the suite (also the chairs at the bar were very uncomfortable to sit in). The carpet was also fraying in the corners of my suite as well. The room was clean however, and the bed was comfortable. The service was okay from all of the staff that I encountered. This hotel was okay for my stay, but for the same price, I would most likey choose the Embassy Suites or the Hyatt Place instead of the Homewood Suites for my return trips to Alpharetta. They both have similar amenities to the Homewood Suites and are more updated and a bit nicer.

We came with my husband for business and lesuire, as we might be relocating to the area, lobby is very nice...1st room they gave us smelled like body odor, and it was dirty, 2nd room wasnt as bad, however there was Hair in the back of the bed on the bedskirt...then we open the sofa bed and there was a white DIRTY undershirt in the middle of the bed...so they change us again, this is now 9pm in the evening...the last room, well also has hair all over the back on the bedskirt, the carpets are nasty and to top it all off we open the sofa bed and there is POPCORN pieces on the floor under the mattress of the sofa...needless to say I WILL NEVER stay in another homewood suites again....

I've stayed here about 10 times and have never had a bad experience. The location is close to great restaurants, the hotel is good quality for its class and the staff is always friendly.

Nice pool. Acceptable workout area.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 29, 2007

Our extended family had a large block of rooms at this property, while we were attending family functions in the Alpharetta/Roswell area. We spent several comfortable hours gabbing away in the lobby, and enjoyed a hot, humid Saturday afternoon out by the pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but my wife and I (and we're not large people) found the double beds to be quite small. The complimentary breakfast was, for the most part, tasty and well-stocked; one morning, however, the powdered eggs were absolutely horrendous! In summary, we had a nice stay at this pleasant property.

Nice hotel: clean facility, friendly staff Great location: VERY close to several restaurants & North Point Mall. Easy access to GA 400 (which may be both good & bad)

Overall, I would stay here again. No complaints....

This was a great hotel as far as cleanliness, service, amenities, and the room itself.
People at the front desk were helpful at both check-in and with recommendations for restaurants, etc. The welcome home reception and the breakfast were both great,
Good location near North Point Mall and restaurants--close to GA 400, which can be good or bad depending on how bad the traffic is. Overall, a good value!
