Usually had good experiences with Marriott. Booked a suite for 4 night stay. Rooms seem smaller than quoted sq. ft size, very dark, very dated, very dingy. After unpacking, looked in shower and build up of mildew on tiles was incredible. Bags of garbage by many doors, at night, there were small unattended children running and being rowdy and office did nothing to quiet them. Has the feel and look and smell of extended stay motel people with no homes stay at. After one restless night, left first thing in morning to go to blissful Homewood suite. Rate was $129 but I wouldn't have stayed another night even if it was $29.

I have stayed in this property several times and have always been pleased. The rooms are clean and so is the property--it is not directly on the busy highway and is quiet. There are nearby restaurants and shopping. The room is actually multiple rooms: a den like living area, a kitchen, a bedroom and a spacious bathroom. There is a sliding door that seprates the den and bedroom. The sofa is comfortable as is the bed. There is an outdoor grill and recreation areea. The breakfast is very bountiful--scrambled eggs and potatoes and sausage patties, oatmeal in crock pots, fruit, pastries, etc. The staffis friendly and helpful > and top of all this you can usually get this place for $50/NT WEEKENDS.

My husband and I stay here over July 4th weekend. We were in town for a concert and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located off the interstate with a grocery store and some restaurants located near by. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The small kitchens were very nice and convenient.

Don't get me wrong, this hotel is nice, but it is a glorified Extended Stay type hotel. It is very different from other hotels I've stayed at. It has direct outside entrance to rooms in a courtyard type atmosphere. My room was in a particularly dark corner. I was in a ground level room which did not add to my sense of security. I could not tell if there were elevators but there were three floors and visible stairs. The room had a nice kitchenette but the TV's were old (CRT type). There were TV's both in sitting area and bedroom. Bathroom was cramped. I pray every week I do Priceline not to get this hotel. Much different than Northpoint.
