I must say that our stay @ Sierra Suites in Alpharetta was great! The staff was so kind always willing to lend a helping hand no matter the time of day or night! My husband and I along w/my two kids and our doggie were there for one week. The b-fast was great, and they even have great evening food & snacks. My housekeeper was very nice and kept the room nice and clean! Thanks! We have family in Alpharetta and our future plans are to return to this hotel!

“Thought the hotel was great until I got home”

Had a great stay, hotel was clean, breakfast was fantastic, area was upscale. Three days after I got home, I discovered the hotel fraudulently charged my credit card $100 more than my checkout total. The manager stated it was their mistake but refused to refund the $100. THIS IS FRAUD!!! I wonder how many others have been cheated.

After researching this matter, it is clearly not a case of fraud but rather a simple posting error of a non-refundable pet charge by one of our guest representatives. The guest initially received a credit of $100, however once the mistake was discovered we immediately posted the $100 non-refundable pet fee and charged the account accordingly. The guest then disputed the charge which truly amounted to nothing more than a proper adjustment for a pet cleaning fee.

I was in town for a wedding and booked this hotel last minute. I was surprised to find such an affordable rate for the room and was extremely pleased at the value of the hotel. The front desk was very nice and courteous and the actual room was so spacious. After flying all night to make the wedding, I was relieved to find such a comfortable bed and impeccable cleanliness. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

I just recently stayed at the Sierra Suites during the July 4th weekend this year. I kind of went into it blindly, without having seen, heard or visited the hotel before. Not only was the area fantastic and upscale, upon entering the hotel, it was tasteful, clean, had a wonderful vibe, and friendly staff on hand to assist your every need. More so, not only did they have personal internet connecions in your room, but several computers available in the lobby if you did not bring your laptop. Happy Hour during the week was exquisite, and believe me you it was way more than finger food. The continental hot bar breakfast was delicious and the work out facilities were clean, and everything worked. The suites were cleaned the entire time that I was at the hotel, and if your thinking of a weekend private get-away, then this just may be the hotel for you, it is every bit worth the three stars they deserve if not better.
If this is helping you to make your decision, I say go for it. You cannot beat it, the price is right, the ambiance is great, the staff is friendly, helpful, and more than happy to assist, and the area is safe, folks are friendly. A must stay hotel. I know if I go back to Atlanta, Im staying at the Sierra Suites.

I planned to stay in sierra suites for one month. No Wireless Service Available.

If you are on business and want good Internet Service. I Strongly recomment, this is not the right place
