Beginning with the reservation process alone, the staff was friendly, professional and took time to explain all the amenities I would recieve. Not only did the service exceed my expectations, but the hotel itself was beautiful. The excersize facility was large and had a variety of machines. The breakfast was hot and delicious, as well as the social hour of free beer, wine and snacks. The manager checked us in and later checked with us to see if we needed anything. Not many managers come out from their offices to interact with their guests. Everyone was friendly from housekeeping to management. Will continue to stay here anytime I travel to Alpharetta. I stayed at Sierra Suites for four nights while in town for business. The front desk folks where genuinely pleasant and anticipated a number of my needs. I never had to ask anything from them, since they gave me everything I needed. Management also checked in with me.

My room included a kitchen, study area and king-sized bed. There were plenty of outlets for my laptop and cell. The bed was amazingly comfortable (reminded me of the Westin) and the entire room was well-kept. Housekeeping was courteous and did not move any of my personal belongings. They even washed my dishes for me!

The morning breakfast had hot and cold options, as well as Starbucks coffee and a choice of syrups for the coffee.

Possibly my favorite aspect of the hotel was how quiet my stay was. I was able to work and sleep without outside distractions--I greatly appreciate that in a hotel.

For business, I recommend this hotel with confidence.

Stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of the agent at Hotels.com. She was right, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Loved the 4 feather pillows on each bed with extras if we needed them. Breakfast was just as expected, the usual hot breakfast, which was perfect for my family. We would definitely stay here again.

I must say that our stay @ Sierra Suites in Alpharetta was great! The staff was so kind always willing to lend a helping hand no matter the time of day or night! My husband and I along w/my two kids and our doggie were there for one week. The b-fast was great, and they even have great evening food & snacks. My housekeeper was very nice and kept the room nice and clean! Thanks! We have family in Alpharetta and our future plans are to return to this hotel!
