“Perfect upper standard accommodation for business trips”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 8, 2010

Staying here frequently for 2-5 days business trips. The hotel is quite new and provides very good service for this type of accommdation. It is clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast is OK and complementary. Walking distance to a small mall with some nice restaurants.
Perfect for me when I'm travelling to Alpharetta ...almost feels like coming home.

I had a fantastic stay here during my recent trip to Alpharetta on business. I picked this location due to its proximity to Windward area of Alpharetta. I stayed in one of the suites on the 6th floor. I arrived later in the evening and found the front desk attendant to be very friendly and helpful. Upon entering the suite, I was impressed with the spaciousness. This unit had a kitchen, which was very clean, a nice living room/work area, large bedroom and spacious bathroom. The king size bed was very comfortable and I slept well each night. The free breakfast was good as always, in typical Hampton style. In the evenings, I was easily able to connect to the free internet access, which wasn't quite as fast as I had hoped, but it got the job done.

I was surprised that more people weren't staying in the hotel. I almost felt like I had the run of the place. Nice and quiet is what I needed, and the Hampton delivered.

I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to the area, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here with my family as well, were we to travel here.

We went to visit relatives in Alpharetta. This hotel is close to the highway and easy to get to. Quiet because it is not on a main road. There is a shopping area close by. Cracker Barrel in the shopping center. Nice breakfast. Waffles, eggs, sausage patties, fruit, assorted breads, juices and coffee. The room was nice with refrigerator and microwave. Lots of pillows. Lots of trees around the property. I stayed here about 6 years ago and would stay there again. Good everyday property.

Of the six pages of Hilton-family hotels to choose from in the metro Atlanta area, this was the least expensive. Since I was just driving through, I wasn't concerned that this location was 25-30 miles away from downtown.

After 12 hours of driving, I was more than glad to see the Hampton Inn sign from the freeway exit. It was late, and I'm glad that I printed out the directions since I would still be lost! You have another mile and four turns before reaching the hotel, and it’s located in a dark and (at night) deserted office park. Maybe in the daylight it is easier to locate.

But everything turned out fine. If you've stayed at a Hampton Inn before, you know that you can expect an extra clean room, a very friendly reception at the front desk, free wireless Internet, and (in the warmer months) a very clean and relaxing pool. The morning breakfast buffet is good, with made-to-order waffles and at least one other hot entree. Although it is a haul to downtown and the ATL airport, its convenient location off Georgia 400 is an easy drive (outside of the AM rush hour...)

It was a business trip, I was deputed at Client's Office in Alpharetta Georgia. Office was just a mile from the hotel. Hotel suite was quite spacious and homely. Highlight was the free shuttle service provided by the Hotel and so we were daily commuting between office and hotel without any additional cost. The Hotel staff were quite friendly and were ready to go extra mile to make our stay comfortable.

Stayed the night of 12/12/2007. Nice hotel, close to I 400, but at $179/night overpriced.
Check in staff was all business and not friendly. Breakfast was mostly toaster food. No happy hour. Room was adequate and clean. Quiet hotel.

  • Liked — Location close to freeway
  • Disliked — Very high cost for the room.

We fled that panhandle to avoid a hurricane and wound up in Atlanta. We toured Stone Mountain and stayed here while we waited for the hurricane to pass back home. Very clean, very friendly, and safe neighborhood. Great place and recommended.
