We had traveled to Albany, Georgia on business; never have been here before. The Hilton Garden Inn on the Riverfront is a beautifully appointed hotel; our room was lovely and the staff were courteous, helpful and friendly; reasonable room rates and the Breakfast buffet with made to order items was fantastic and very reasonably priced. I would, definitely, stay there again.

The staff are welcoming & efficient.
Our room was very comfortable but the A/C unit fired in hurricane like style.
Dinner was of a very high quality with a good wine list. Breakfast is made to order swiftly & served.
All round a pleasant stopover.

Very nice hotel. Not knowing the area, directions on the website were a little confusing. Lobby was nice. I checked in on the late side (about 8:00 pm), very tired and hungry. Ordered room service - not the quickest, but worth the wait! I got crab cake and caesar salad and both were terrific. Breakfast the next morning was also good. The business center had a copier, printer, etc, which came in handy. The workout room was not huge, but fine. Staff was very helpful with directions and very pleasant!

I spent the night at the hotel while on business in Albany. The location is near their convention center and allows easy access to any part of Albany. The hotel appears new and the service was excellent. An LCD television was in the room along with free high speed internet access. The desk chair was a high-end ergonomic chair which made working at the desk a pleasure. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was adjacent to the lobby. While I only had breakfast,it was well prepared.

I could not think of any shortcomings at the hotel.
