The stay was horrible. We stayed there during the summer. The pool was filled with green water. My kids were not allowed to swim, of course. The water pressure in the bathroom was not up to standards. We had to shower with very little water coming out. When we called the front desk for wash cloths we didn't get any. The rooms could have been much cleaner. We found a dead roach under the ottama. Several people we knew complained about the same problems. At the end of our stay, we wanted to speak with the manager, but we were told he was unavailable. Things could have changed since then, but I will not return to this hotel.
