In April 2012 I had the pleasure of dinning at this unique smokehouse. From the outside it looks like an old style cabin drawn out of the woods. Inside you will find almost a cross between a "pub like" atmosphere, with a summer camp feel. The windows are all screens to allow the heat from the smokers to escape. The smell inside just makes your mouth water.
For us Canadians, as we call it pulled pork, they call it chopped pork. For under $8 Canadian, I ordered a plate of the small chopped pork dinner, (served on paper plates), a nice size portion of pilled pork on the side with a small tub of the best brown beans I've ever had! And of course, another tub of awesome homemade coleslaw and a large piece of bread.
They also serve ribs and and fresh iced tea. They make their own camp coffee, which is thick but a wonderful flavor. The servers were friendly and will to answer any questions. They even invited us to see the racks of ribs smoking in the smoker. Everything was delicious and I would highly recommend visiting this smokehouse. You won't be disappointed.
