Ate at JIR last night for the first time. Had to sit indoors due to inclimate weather, but was treated to a wonderful pizza after a spinach salad. The ambiance to this place is mostly in the outdoor seating. The inside leaves a bit to be desired. The food and service, however, make up for the budget furnishings and slightly under-mopped floor. We built a wheat-crusted, goat cheese, roasted red pepper, artichoke and garlic pie. The crust was absolutely to-die-for. The pie came out piping hot and was filling and delicious. I would recommend this pizza parlor / Italian joint for those seeking a casual, affordable night out. Beers are cheap, food is well priced and the service was outstanding.
