“Awesome!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 19, 2012 via mobile

Overall it was excellent, just need more seating out on deck. Combo meals $19-23 a little high but worth it.

“What a great place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 18, 2012

Singleton's is one of those places that will either make you happy or turn you off. It is more like a fish camp than a fancy restaurant. I love the place. Whether you arrive in your boat or in your car, you will get a good meal. I love the sheepshead sandwich, the shrimp and the oysters. Sitting out by the river you can watch ships heading in and out of the port, the ferry, or small private boats with families. It is an unforgettable atmosphere. If you only like fancy, dress-up cafes or fern bars, you won't like this place-bare wood plank floors, the smell of a fish market, picnic tables, and disposable dinnerware. If you want authenic, old time Florida cracker atmosphere, this is the place. So wear your shorts, jeans, tee shirts, flip flops, whatever, and enjoy some of the best seafood in the area-fresh off the dock outside.

“love it or leave it”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 15, 2012

interesting place. I liked it but can't say its for everyone. I had the fish tacos and sweet tea. I though it was great. Sitting out on the deck was nice, weather was great. A party of ten, we got our food fast and friendly. its a laid back place that you could see some fishermen eating at, not the place for you if stray cats, fish smell and a little bit of dirt bother you. Also, its kind of in the middle of no where...although its on the water its inland water not coastal totally different atmosphere that beach...

We love the folksy style of Singleton's. The shrimp boats are parked out back! Food is fresh and the service is fun and exceptional
