My wife and I had dinner at Poe's, and it was our second time to dine there. Parking is limited in the area, so we arrived before 6:00, and parked right next to the entrance. The weather was pleasant, so we dined outside, under palm trees decorated for Christmas. We both ordered local micro brews, from the long list of excellent beers. As we're not big eaters, we shared a Black Cat burger (chili, cheese, grilled onions). All menu items are named after Poe characters, books or poems, and the restaurant is decorated with portraits of Poe and Victorian townscapes. Even the restroom walls are papered with pages from Poe books, and have a sound track of someone reading from well-known Poe works. The food and beers were excellent, and the server didn't look down on us for sharing one entree. Overall, it was a great meal in an interesting mileau. We will definitely go again, and take some friends.
