My wife and I wanted a "nice" restaurant in Apalachicola that was right on the water and Caroline's fit the bill. Their dining room is right on the water with lovely views. The restaurant was not that busy and we were surprised to learn that October is right on the cusp between high and low season. Believe it or not, summer is busier than winter!! We were seated at a great table right away and had a lot of fun talking about life here with our waitress, a delightful young woman still in high school. My wife and I both love seafood and we each had Grouper, although prepared differently. Both of us agree that it was the best Grouper that we have ever had, succulent, moist and flavorful. Of course, I had oysters, local oysters, and they were over the moon good!! Judging from the comments that overheard from nearby tables, everyone enjoyed their dinners! Fun place, great folks, superb dining!!
