“ECO TOUR !!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 23, 2012

Went on the ECO TOUR and what a great time very nice boat ride up the river and into it's tributaries. I learned a lot of intresting things I did not know. The staff was very accomadating to all your needs. Friendly and answered all your questions. The boat is more than comfortable for the ride. The price was good for the trip. If you come in to town GO ON ONE OF THEIR BOAT TRIPS. You will be happy you did it. Great part of a whole vacation :-) and yes it does have a restroom on board the boat.

“Enjoyable Boat Tour and Interesting History”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 17, 2012

This was our first visit to Apalachicola, and we visited the maritime museum on the advice of a few locals we talked to. It was easy walking distance from our B & B. We enjoyed all the historical information, artifacts and watching a boat being built through the shop window. We took the estuary cruise the following day and were once again treated to a great experience. our captain was knowledgable, the boat was comfortable and the scenery was outstanding. This place is an excellent way to get to know Apalachicola on a deeper level- by experiencing her from the water and by learning about her past. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again on our next trip here and hope to take in one of their lectures or other trips. We highly recommend this museum. We were pleasantly surprised at how many museums are in the area. Also an intereting and very old cemetery and many historic homes. If you enjoy history this is a great town to visit.

“History of the waterway”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

A lovely place to see the history of Apalachicola Bay and the Gulf nearby. They offer catamaran trips of the river that are very informative while giving you a glimpse of life on the water, harvesting Tupelo honey and much more.

“reasonably priced boat tours”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 20, 2012

Highly recommend the boat tours offered. We took the harbor and the eco tours, but they also have a sunset and island tour. Relaxing and beautiful views. Informative guide. You can take food and drinks on the boat. It is coveted so you will not be in the sun. Bathroom on board. Call ahead with questions and to confirm times and availability.
