My 15 year old daughter and I went to Vail and then Aspen over Thanksgiving. Jerome, at first glance (as other writers have said), makes you go hhmmmmm. Upon steping out of your vehicle, they take over and your mind is at ease. Fabulous rooms, great service and the bed was to die for. You can purchase the same type of bed and bedding from the Jerome store! Didn't do it...sitting here thinking "why not!"

We took our first trip to Aspen over the Thanksgiving holiday and stayed at the Jerome: what an experience! We were upgraded to a 1 bdrm. suite and truly enjoyed the very spacious room: beds were comfortable, the bathroom was great, and the staff truly anticipated our every need and could not possibly have been more courteous. Our view was magnificent, the location couldn't have been anymore convenient. We ate in all of the hotel's restaurants: Century, J-Bar, the Library, and ordered room service and the food was consistently outstanding. I simply cannot say enough positive things about the Jerome and its exceptional staff!

But it really is nice actually. The bed is fabulous. The rooms are a little old, but not too bad. At first I thought it might be alittle dirty....but, I just think the decor is older. The showers are FABULOUS!!! the best shower ever. Great location, it's all right there. And very nice people work there.

OK, when we pulled in, I thought yuck because I am definitely more the Little Nell type, but if there was ever a nicer staff, I don't know where they are. We were upgraded to a deluxe king and given a fabulous anniversary dessert platter with a note from the general manager. The room was enormous, the bed great, the housekeeping meticulous, the bathrooms unbelievable, and the bell boys and waiters cute. Great location and great three-day experience. I am a convert to Victorian-style, only at the Jerome. Thank you for a great stay.
