“I could make this my home away from home”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 17, 2013

After a bad hotel experience before we came here we thought we died and went to heaven. This place is the best. The staff is professional, very friendly and anxious to please. Also, they keep a well stock jar of candy and fruit in the office. yummy! We had a well appointed suite with a full kitchen. It was extremely comfy and so clean you can eat off the floor. They have a car that will drive you anywhere in Aspen because its a challenge to park downtown. The bed and pillows where so nice that it was hard to leave the bed. Furthermore, there is a guest lounge with a Kurik machine with all kinds of coffees and teas. Current papers including the NYTimes. I can only think of two things I didn't like. First the TV system is terrible and complicated. Hard to change channels and volume. Management is aware of the problem . Also, the pool is just a swim lane not a real pool. We are planning to return to Aspen next year and this is the place for us!

We stayed for a week in a two bedroom three bath condo. It was decorated beautifully with a stone fireplace and leather sofas, etc.... The place was very clean and comfortable and the staff were wonderful It was a short walk into town for shops and restaurants and the shuttle is also available to take you. We used the grill outside by the pool to cook and eat at a table by the pool. I would highly recommend The Innsbruck.

My three night stay in mid May could not have been better. I was greeted with a room upgrade which happened to be a first floor corner suite. The room was furnished nicely with a well equipped kitchen. A steam shower was a pleasant surprise as I adapted to the dry air. The Innsbruck is conveniently located in downtown and an abundance of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The Innbsbruck has a complimentary shuttle to drop
you at your whim. Besides all the amenities, the staff at Innsbruck are polite, friendly and service oriented.

After a long road trip, they upgraded our room! With two kids that don't like sharing a bed or a bathroom, what could be better than a room with two twin beds for them, a king for me and my hubby, and THREE bathrooms with 3 showers! And a full kitchen! And we were welcomed to the area with helpful staff that gave us maps, coupons, and a ton of info on where to eat! Thank you Gemma and Russ!

Pros
- Very friendly and helpful staff
- Great proximity to main town area, restaurants, etc
- Free bikes to use
- Steam shower was great
- Kitchen has higher end appliances
- Rooms are clean

Cons
- We stayed in the room on the street level and closest to the street. Therefore the road noise was a little bothersome at night. I recommend asking for a room away from the road. Basically the hotel is RIGHT off of main street, which is good and bad.
- The sofa bed and rollaway bed we got were super uncomfortable. Basically you should not count those as beds. We ended up using the couch and the chaise as a makeshift bed on the 2nd night.
- The 'swimming pool' is a tiny lap pool that nobody used.
- Expensive. I guess everything in Aspen was overpriced.

We went to aspen in March for our honeymoon... unfortunately we were both VERY sick the entire time so we spent the whole week in the room. Thankfully the room could not have been any cozier... fireplace, comfortable bed and living room and HUGE kitchen. The room also had 2 bathrooms which was nice. We didn't get to use the pool/hot tub, but it looked VERY nice. The location is great, few blocks from the shopping/dining. The hotel was very quiet... didn't even feel like anyone else was there. The bathroom and shower were HUGE and even included a sauna feature. The kitchen had all appliances you could need and the washer/dryer were a huge help!!!

Stayed for 2 nights in shoulder season (May) and had the hotel almost to ourselves. Staff were very courteous and gave us a huge suite. The rooms and bathrooms are exquisite, I had a steam shower, and the kitchen was high tech. Hung out in the hot tub. Highly recommend.
