“Awesome Experience!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 26, 2013

When I initially began planning a 30th birthday celebration with 13 women in Aspen, I was a little overwhelmed and stressed out. I stubbled on The Innsbruck while on Tripadvisor and decided to give them a call. From the initial conversation with the staff at The Innsbruck, I knew I found the place. From the time I made the reservations, I received the most awesome customer service I have ever experienced from any hotel I've ever stayed at. Staff contacted me through phone and mail to ensure that when my party arrived, we would have a great time while in Aspen. 13 of us stayed at The Innsbruck March 22-25. We stayed in two, two bedroom, three bath suites. The rooms were absolutely spectacular. The hotel also offered 24 hour shuttle service. Anytime any of us needed a ride, it was absolutely no problem. The staff at this establishment deserves an award for the great customer service they showed me and my 12 friends. They were always extremely pleasant and always eager to assist. I had an awesome stay at The Innsbruck!! I highly recommend this hotel to any Aspen travelers.

We were looking for one bedroom place in Aspen area and Innsbruck was a nice little gem.
Place is not awfully big, maybe 700 -750 sq ft but has relatively large kitchen with everything you need to cook. There is a large bathroom with a steam shower. The whole place is designed and decorated "rustic chic" style. Staff is extremely helpful. They pick you up and drive you back to the airport as well as to Aspen mountain. A bus stop is only a block away. Your skis can be stored in a locker down stairs and there is no need to carry it to your room.
The only negative was a proximity of a Main st and therefore relatively noisy conditions at times.
I highly recommend this place for anyone who travels to Aspen.

We stayed here recently and couldn't fault the friendly, helpful staff. A car was always available to take you anywhere in town and the bus stops outside the door to take you to nearby ski resorts. It was only a short walk into town and many fabulous restaurants nearby. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. The staff were able to give excellent advice on restaurants, shopping and ski hire. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Room Tip: The rooms at the front face the Main Street so one at the back would be quieter.

The Innsbruck was a great place for the family to stay for our week in Aspen. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, roomy and well appointed. The main room, with its cozy fireplace was perfect after a day of skiing. The staff were extremely helpful and available for anything we needed from dinner reservations to rides to the airport. They really couldn't have been nicer. Laine and Gemma were fantastic. They arranged everything we needed.

The kitchen was well appointed with high-end appliances, and you can always get a lift into town to City Market for groceries, or just eat out in the myriad of restaurants around Aspen.

There's a hot tub out front that people seemed to use every night. It was so cold outside that the concept of that scared us to death, but people braved the cold every night. There is a lounge downstairs with a computer, fireplace, coffee, TV, etc., but the room contained all of those items too.

It's conveniently walking distance to town, and we really enjoyed our walks around Aspen. But you must catch the free local bus to the ski resorts. The stops are within 1-2 blocks of the hotel, so not a bad walk - even with ski gear.

All in all, a wonderful place to stay.

Room Tip: Stay on the 3rd floor for sun and views, the second floor for convenience.

It was blissful. Beautiful rooms, beautiful living room, beautiful bathroom. It was near everything and the shuttle service was so convenient. I love this place. And the staff couldn't be more helpful. Laine even loaned me her snow shoes. I would love to come back when I can take advantage of all the facilities!

Our family loved the Innsbruck and the amazing front desk assistance from Gemma (who handled all of our restaurant reservations). The rooms were very comfortable, the kitchen stocked well enough for minor cooking and the 2 bedroom condo was plenty large for our family of three. Since we skied all day (literally) the fact that the rooms are a little on the dark side (if you want sun book the 2nd floor) wasn't an issue. While they have a hot tub its location between the hotel and busy main street wasn't ideal, but that didn't stop people from enjoying it. All in all for the money we would definitely consider staying at the Innsbruck again.

Room Tip: go to the upper floors if you want light...stay on the main floor for easy access to your car.

We originally were planning to stay at the Limelight Hotel but decided to stay at the Innsbruck because of needing more room. We were very happy we made the decision to stay at the Innsbruck because with ski clothing and equipment we needed more space. Laine greeted us when we checked in and she was very nice and made sure all our questions were answered. The rooms are very nicely decorated and it is great to have a fireplace to heat up the living room and kitchen. We cooked breakfast each morning prior to skiing and everything we needed to cook and serve was available in the kitchen. The hot tub is great and convenient to all rooms. I left an item at the hot tub and Phil and Gemma were both concerned and helpful in finding and returning my item. We had our car but we walked to dinner each night. Heavy snow the first night but walking to town was fun and restaurants are all very close to the hotel. I would highly recommend the Innsbruck for your travel needs when coming to Aspen.

Room Tip: The hotel is very quiet and you will not hear your neighbors or the road in the front of the hotel...
