My family spends about 40 nights away in the winter traveling from hotel to hotel in ski towns as our kids are ski racers. Its hard being away but the Innsbruck was truly a refreshing home away from home. It was beautifully furnished with quality finishes. But the very best part was the over the top customer service by ALL the staff members. Their can do attitude was so warm and genuine. We go to Aspen 2-3 times a season and I will forever be loyal to the little gem. It was so enjoyable having a warm SUV drive us to and from town and not have to worry about finding parking in town.

My wife and I recently visited Aspen for the first time with our two very young boys and feel fortunate to have chosen the Innsruck for our stay. We had to make extensive use of the kitchen with the kids and found that it was well equipped and met all of our needs. The room was very spacious and comfortable and we loved the fireplace. The location is great and an easy walk to the downtown area. The real treasure though is the staff. We sought the help of Gemma multiple times in the front office for a wide variety of issues. We especially appreciated the advice on the local sledding spots that are convenient for young kids. They even had a few sleds in storage that they lent us so we didn't have to buy/rent any. Overall a great experience and we look forward to visiting again. Would highly recommend the Innsbruck.

I stayed at The Innsbruck earlier this month (during the big first snow). The rooms were very luxurious, comfortable and accommodating. Loved the steam shower! It was an easy walk to the town center. Used the shuttle once ... Gemma, Andrew and Ross all were very personable. Looking forward to a return visit!

The Innsbruck is totally amazing...not just the place, but the people who run it. I usually visit Aspen twice a year and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else now. I have been visiting Aspen for 20 years and have stayed in some of the finest hotels in Aspen but my heart belongs to the Innsbruck. Having spent my trips there for the last three years I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. The rooms are beautifully appointed, the staff are so friendly, kind and accommodating and it feels like home when we arrive. I have a particular unit that I prefer and they always do everything they can to accommodate my preferences. I am so thrilled to see that they have been rated #1 in Aspen on Tripadvisor...they are so worthy of it. Book your Aspen vacation at The Innsbruck, you will not be disappointed.

Got a fantastic early season deal and for the price we paid this place was fantastic! Beautifully appointed and very comfortable. We had two bedrooms and three gorgeous bathrooms. The only thing missing was a dining table. There was only the counter bar with four stools. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wonderful visit (if only there had been more snow)!
