“Wonderful event and venue”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 16, 2014

The Benedict Music tent music festival is a must. YOu can pay to sit inside, or listen outside on the lawn for free. Just don't forget a blanket/chair and stake out a place early for the orchestra events.

“Dianna Krall/Steve Winwood”

Great venue. It looked like there were no bad seats. The artists were great!

I enjoyed the outdoors venue at the Snowmass Village better

“Music Festival always a pleasure”

Great events in a fine venue. The acoustics are justifiably famous. Backstage tour was very interesting and worthwhile.

“Process This”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 25, 2013

Yes, it is an exhilarating site for a concert like the symphonic one I attended. Management of this nonprofit endeavour was not satisfied to widely advertise and levy the eye-opening price of $76 per ticket --- it keeps out the hoi polloi, not to mention the average musician -- but demanded an additional $8 as Processing Fee before they would hand you your ticket and modest place among the thousand auditors. Perhaps the many benefactors of the festival made their wealth by the piratical methods of your neighborhood Studebaker dealer and cling to those methods out of sentiment even in their philanthropic retirement.

“Awesome Acoustics!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 23, 2013

Visiting Aspen during the summer, I attended several concerts in this wonderful hall. I was skeptical when I saw that the Hall was underground... It did not feel in the least bit claustrophobic or basement-y. Voice, strings, piano, a small contemporary ensemble - all sounded marvelous whether I sat in row three or near the back of the hall.
